How do I place an order?

Simply choose the candles you like and put them in your shopping cart by clicking on Add to Cart. You can view the items in your cart by clicking on the green Cart button at the top right of the screen or by clicking on the shopping bag or Cart. You can edit the contents of your cart. To select a method of payment, choose CHECKOUT from the cart page.

How will my candles be shipped and how much will it cost?

Most orders will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days by UPS or by USPS. Beeswax candles are heavy, but shipping costs should not deter you from having them in your home or giving them as gifts. Here is RMA's no nonsense shipping policy to one address within the United States. RMA does not ship outside the US at this time.
*Orders up to $120 have a shipping cost of $16.
*Orders over $120 are shipped for $23.
(These prices match the USPS flat rate shipping costs for the medium and large Priority Mail Boxes.)

What are my payment options?

You may choose to pay by credit or debit card via Paypal or with your Paypal account.

How do I return an item or get a refund?

Before you return an item, please remember that these candles are made by hand, not by machine. They may have flaws that are inherent with the handmade process. They are unique. The color of beeswax varies from batch to batch. A beeswax candle may "bloom" so that the surface looks powdery. Please read the Candle Info & Tips page for more information on blooming. If you received a size or fragrance you did not order, please email us a message using the Contact page. In order to verify the mistake, you may be asked to email a photo of the incorrect candle(s). The bottom line is that you should be happy with every candle purchase. You may return any unused candle within 7 days for a full refund or exchange minus original shipping. Please send a detailed message using the Contact page before returning any items.
